Mom and I had a special relationship! <3 I was the daughter she never had! I am so very blessed that I was able to spend so much time with her and build an unbreakable bond. We have So many amazing memories and I will never forget her! My first trip out I went ALONE, I had never met Matt's parents before. I spent 6 weeks :D It was amazing. I felt like I belonged. We took a trip to the grand canyon, the petrified forest, and the zoo. We later travel from NM to Arkansas to stay with her mommy for a few weeks! What a fun trip, with me being 5 mo pregnant it involved lots of potty breaks! She was hear for some of the MOST important times in my life: The day we found out we were pregnant with Gavin: Living on the ranch it was not easy to just go out and get a pregnancy test! We waited till it was time to go to town, I ran into Walmart and grabbed a test and there was NO way I was waiting till we got back to the ranch! So I took it right there in the Walmart bathroom in Gallup. when those pink lines showed up we both screeched like little school girls! Everyone probably thought we were crazy! Our wedding day: Mom helped me plan our small wedding on the ranch. We picked out cake colors and went to town for invitations and decorations. She stood by me while Pa Married Matt and I, surrounded by family and friends! The birth of Gavin: Being a nurse I wanted her here for my birth and BOY was I glad she was! With a quick labor, our birth center birth quickly turned into a home birth. She helped matt and the mid wife deliver our lil boy and she took car of me in the days to come never leaving my side in the hospital! <3 Gavin's first Horse ride, first steps, first hair cut! So much more, Love you Mom!
